Mike noticed front fork seal was... read more broke and was leaking oil. Had to leave bike overnight so Bernard, technician, can work on the bike. On my way back home, noticed bike overheating when stuck in traffic. Mike had me back in and Bernard found the problem on my radiator fan right away. Team Toy Shop went above and beyond to help me get ready for my first ever trackday. Without them, i would have probably showed up at the track and turned away after bike inspection. He didn't have my first choice graphic in stock but checked availability and ordered for me right away. No pressure to buy a compromise color or fit. Just a good stand up dude. I also purchased a bluetooth com unit to go with the helmet that they offered to install for me when it arrived. One of Mikes team members Rollie (spelling?) installed it for me when it came in, super clean work not even finger prints and it was ready to go when I came in to pick up my helmet.
