After agreeing on a price, Laura was pleasant to deal with regarding the paperwork. Being multiple states away, they made the process easy and as care-free as possible. Eventually the deal was done and a shipper took custody of the motorcycle and it is en route to me as we speak. The guys at the toy shop made it happen. I ordered a Austin Racing exhaust and a DNA air filter for my 2023 yamaha mt10. It took some time... read more for the exhaust to come in but once it did it was quick. I dropped off the motorcycle on Tuesday and it was all installed, flashed/dyno tuned and ready by Friday! It's been over two weeks now and the motorcycle looks great, performs flawlessly and sounds even better. THANKS GUYS!

The Ducati went... read more back to The Toy Shop. Greg and Steve worked tirelessly to remedy the issues, and things are looking much better! I have the bike back now, and things are much better, but I've been told if any issues remain they will continue the work to make things right. A+ for the customer service, and thank you! JH I recently had my Ducati at the Toy Shop for a valve adjustment. I couldn't be more displeased with the experience. 1st, they had my motorcycle for 38 days. It took way too long. It was 16 days before they got far enough into it to be able to start talking about ordering parts. This was after my talking to them on a Saturday and being told they could get to it Wednesday or Thursday. The cost of the job ended up being significantly higher than it was supposed to be, both based on what I had been told by the service rep, as well as based on a quote from the Ducati dealer. When I picked up my motorcycle, on the ride home it was regularly misfiring. I took it for a longer ride the next day just to confirm the behavior, and give the bike a chance to fully warm up. No change, there's a very distinct and quite regular misfire. I was taking some of the body panels off the bike so I could hook up a computer to it and see if it was throwing any codes or indicators of where the problem was. In the midst of taking the body panels off I found a retainer broken, and others missing. I cannot recommend the Toy Shop. I'm now in the position of trying to find someone who can fix the misfire for me, and losing yet more of the riding season.
