They did a good job on my Harley and got it ready for my Texas ride.

Called them on April 10 for repair and agreed they would pick up the bike on April 21. No one called, and no one showed up. *Update* Thank you... read more for the reply, Mike. While I appreciate you reaching out, it's already left a bad taste. Technically, your driver was supposed to reach out to me on the 20th when I spoke to your associate on the 10th to schedule a time frame for pick up on the 21st. I never got a call from anyone as I stated and have looked at my call and spam call log numerous times. I do not blame the phone issue on anyone however at the end of the day my expectation was not met. There could have been more done on the company's end. I wish you and your shop the best.
